I am submitting a formal complaint concerning unauthorized and unlawful billing practices involving a service provider and a third-party company associated with online gaming and gambling services. It has come to my attention that, using the service provider's mobile internet infrastructure, this third-party company has obtained and utilized my mobile phone number without my knowledge or consent, subsequently charging me for services through the service provider's billing system and mobile application. I want to be clear that: I have never knowingly or voluntarily subscribed to any services from this third-party company. I have never entered my phone number on any of their platforms. I have never given consent, confirmation, or authorization for such services. I was not informed by the service provider when, how, or on what legal grounds such consent was supposedly obtained. This represents a serious violation of personal data protection regulations, including GDPR, and highlights a lack of transparency and lawful processing of personal data. As a citizen, I view this situation as a case of fraud and misuse of personal data. If this issue is not resolved immediately, including the cancellation of all related charges and a full refund of any amounts charged, I will pursue legal action and file a formal complaint with the service provider's headquarters, as well as the relevant European regulatory authorities. I expect a written explanation detailing: how and when my phone number was shared, the legal basis for the alleged consent, and why I was not properly notified of this third-party billing arrangement.

My experience with the service was very disappointing. I inquired about the cancellation process and was told I could cancel anytime. However, after canceling, I was charged for an additional month due to a notice period that was never mentioned. Customer support was unhelpful and unclear. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service—it's better to steer clear.

Avoid due to unresolved eSIM issues

Despite visiting a local branch for assistance with my eSIM on an iPhone 13, the issue could not be resolved. I had previously used eSIMs without any problems. Customer support was unhelpful, and I was left without a refund. This experience has led me to close my account and I will not be using their services again. Frustrating eSIM experience

I purchased an eSIM with data and calls, but after three days, I still hadn't received access. I had to call multiple times, but was told it could take up to eight days. It's unacceptable to wait that long for something that should work instantly. I advise you to choose another provider.

The network in the city is highly unreliable and suffers from poor coverage. The latency for mobile gaming is unacceptable. Given the high costs for mobile internet, I recommend avoiding this provider if you need a reliable connection.

Terrible internet provider

This is one of the worst internet providers in the region. If you're considering it, please don't. You'll find yourself in a lengthy contract with poor service and no support. They even disconnected me during a call because they couldn’t assist me. I strongly advise against using them.
