Worst ISP. I rented an appartment where the landlord has Yettels "home internet" which simply doesn't work well due to extremely high latency.I called the support and besides the fact they did not understand the difference between network speed and latency, I was denied support because I did not call from the phone number the contract owner registered with the contract - so, imagine one family member who signed the contract and registered its mobile phone number as the ckntact number goes on vacation, and the home internet goes down, the entire family needs to wait for the contract signer to come back from vacation because other family members are denied support.Companies like this should be banned btly law and decision makers should be imprisoned!Stay away from thieves like this!!!
