If this issue is not resolved immediately, including the cancellation of all related charges and a full refund of any amounts charged, I will pursue legal action and file a formal complaint with the service provider's headquarters, as well as the relevant European regulatory authorities. I expect a written explanation detailing: how and when my phone number was shared, the legal basis for the alleged consent, and why I was not properly notified of this third-party billing arrangement.
