While I was generally satisfied with their Cloud service (2023-2025), low-cost and reliable, in May 2025 they charged my credit card $109.99 for a new service, "AI Monitoring Alerts", without my consent, without giving me a price, asking for payment options, I have never even inquired about their AI service. When I complained and requested a cancellation with refund, they promised to reply within 48 hours, but they didn't. Only after I filed a complaint with BBB (Better Business Bureau), they answered. Be careful using the YI IoT services, and watch your credit card statements for their illegal charging practices.
