I bought a camera from temu which actually is a great camera surprisingly coming from temu but I took a free trial out before it ended I canceled subscription for it because of lack of funds on that account its mainly for online purchases and things like this but that's been five months now I've contacted the customer service and canceled it ive sent numerous emails ive done everything so now I've got to go get another debit card because of the numerous declined payment on my old one the bank suggested it because if I add more money they my try it while I do have money I didn't want to but it looks like I do so beware of this app and service its like thier trying to commit fraud Thanks update on customer service at yiiot the machine they have keeps telling me its a 4 hour wait to speak with a human
Sorry I could not check ZERO stars, absolutely a garbage app with ridiculous amounts of popup advertising. Complete scumbags behind this garbage app. The devil is in the detail and if you don't want to be overblown with loud annoying ads continuously don't even consider yiiot's garbage cameras!!!

Never EVER buy anything from this company. I've sent so many please cancel my plan emails to every address they have on all their sites. Deliberately misleading and low moral compass. You'll go round in circles and once they have your card the only way to get out of their dishonest set up is to change your card. If I could give less than a one star I would 🖕
I bought the camera to monitor my backyard and paid extra for a larger storage card. Everything started well for a while, until I had to watch more and more ads and now they won't show me the videos recorded on my own storage card The company is pushing me to subscribe to the cloud. The company was not truthful when they sold me the camera. If I knew I had to subscribe to the cloud storage before I get to see the video recorded on my own SD card, I wouldn't have bought this camera at all. I agree with the last post, the company is dishonest. Don't buy their products, it's a bait and switch scam.
This app doesn't deserve any star. Just echoing what everyone has said. I am one disappointed dissatisfied customer who has purchase this camera and the app developers are nothing but dishonest restricting the app to force customers to subscribe to cloud. The device has its internal storage why use the cloud. Now have restricted the live viewing to 89 seconds. Yiiot should recall their product and refund the users for robbing us on this shit camera. We are a free society and not to be control by your restrictions. Soon I'll resort to another camera device.
If I could I would check zero Stars not even give them one star. The ads are constant. They make me wait 20 30 seconds or more every few seconds. The app is useless. I have 12 cameras with five other vendor apps nothing is as bad as this.
