Frustrating delivery experience

I spent over £200 on a TV unit and paid extra for the Sunday delivery service. It's now Thursday evening, and I still haven't received anything. The delivery service claims it's in transit but gives unclear information. I emailed the support team and only received an automated reply. If it doesn't arrive tomorrow, I will demand a refund. If the item arrives damaged, I will leave another negative review.
