Thing is if I had just bought a camera, then this would have been a 5 star review !
However I also ordered a camera case suggested by the checkout process.
Turned out this did not fit the camera and to send back and get a refund took weeks ! Not good at all.

Disappointed with delivery and communication

I spent over £200 on a TV unit and paid extra for the Sunday delivery service. It's now Thursday evening, and I still haven't received anything. The delivery service claims it is in transit but offers vague updates. I contacted the support team and only got an automated response, with no follow-up. If it doesn't arrive tomorrow, I will request a refund, and if the item arrives damaged, I will leave a negative review.

Still waiting after six weeks

I waited three weeks for my delivery and had to reach out. They apologized and asked for another seven days. Two weeks later, still nothing. It's a shocking business; do not order from them unless you want to be scammed. I'm now in the process of reporting them to authorities for my refund.

After ordering a retro coffee machine, I called the support team to inquire about the product guarantee and its origin, but they couldn't provide answers, which was quite frustrating. I can't even find out who the manufacturer is. It's hard to believe a reputable company wouldn't have basic information about a product they sell. I'm now questioning the product's safety and whether relevant authorities are aware of this lack of information.
