Disappointed with delivery and communication

I spent over £200 on a TV unit and paid extra for the Sunday delivery service. It's now Thursday evening, and I still haven't received anything. The delivery service claims it is in transit but offers vague updates. I contacted the support team and only got an automated response, with no follow-up. If it doesn't arrive tomorrow, I will request a refund, and if the item arrives damaged, I will leave a negative review.
