Customer services appalling. They offered me a refund but didn't follow it through. May 7th 2025 they emailed me confirming they would except return if my order in alternative packaging boxes from the supermarket. I had two boxes packed ready for collection. I could not get any further response from them for a week. They did not reply to emails or phone calls. After a week I received an email saying they had arranged collection for only one box. Once again, no further response. They appear to have had no intention to honour this return knowing fully well I had the order in two boxes. I have found them dishonest, unhelpful and devious and would not recommend any dealings with such a company. Yimbly replied that they hope I get this matter sorted out. Unbelievable, they should sort it out if they had any decency. They are obviously lacking in good management skills and customer relations. In my 79 years Yimbly is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to have had any dealings with. Yimbly appear to be scammers. They deliberately arranged for their courier, Yodel, to collect one package, knowing that order was divided into two packages, which they knew Yodel would not be able to collect. A ploy to avoid giving a refund.
