Update, their response is the same as they previously told me. Their system is flawed and is used as an excuse to not refund my money. Recently retired and moved. Found their metal raised gardens and ordered a set of two. They went together well. The paint on the metal panels was cracked which would allow them to rust prematurely. I contacted them and sent them pictures. They afford a small refund which I accepted since I had already put them together. My bank card that I used was hacked and canceled. They keep telling me that the refund went to my bank account which it could not since that card was not active anymore. I check my balance daily and never received anything. I asked them to send me a check or I could give them my new card number. They will not do either. They want to give me a credit for future purchase which I will never do with them. I hate doing business with foreign companies that don't care once you have their product. Buyer beware.
