I appreciate the surveys and generally enjoy the experience, but I recently had to install a new hard drive on my laptop and forgot my password/username. I've attempted the password reset email several times without receiving any response, although I still get multiple emails about new survey opportunities! I've also contacted them directly at their listed email address but haven’t received a reply. It’s quite bizarre that I can’t easily reset my password, which is very frustrating. EDIT: I have emailed you at the provided address but still have not heard back.
