No surveys since mid December 2025.
One survey completed about a week ago,
Of the 2 surveys sent this week no rewards paid.
1st survey was eliminated after the LAST question answered.
2nd survey, more than 50% completed before elimination.
Site appears to be mis-managed by clueless time wasting idiots.
I enjoy the surveys and overall have had a positive experience. However, after replacing my laptop's hard drive, I forgot my username/password. Despite multiple attempts to reset my password via email, I haven't received any response, yet I still get emails about new survey opportunities! I have reached out through the advertised email but have not received a reply. It’s a strange and frustrating situation that makes password resetting difficult. EDIT: I have emailed using the provided address, but still have not received a response.
I appreciate the surveys and generally enjoy the experience, but I recently had to install a new hard drive on my laptop and forgot my password/username. I have been using the service for a long time, dating back to when it had a different name. Recently, I reached my limit. I received about four surveys, three of which I got five minutes into before being told I didn’t qualify. Additionally, it often happens that the page times out toward the end of a survey, causing me to lose my fee because I can’t return to finish it. Of all the frustrating aspects, the survey timeouts are the worst, and the service needs to address how participants can resume where they left off. Yesterday, I wasted 40 minutes with no reward.
I receive regular invitations to participate in surveys from this platform, along with others. The difference is that this service gathers extensive information before finally informing me that I don’t qualify for that survey. This results in divulging information and wasting several minutes without any financial return. I had stopped participating due to this issue but recently received an email inviting me to a new study. I started the survey shortly after receiving the invitation, only to be told I wasn’t eligible after completing 20% of it, despite the estimated time being much shorter.
I enjoy my experience with the service not just because I am compensated for participating in surveys, but also because I can share my perspective. They strike a good balance with the surveys, which I appreciate. I would definitely recommend this platform.
