I have been using the service for a long time, dating back to when it had a different name. Recently, I reached my limit. I received about four surveys, three of which I got five minutes into before being told I didn’t qualify. Additionally, it often happens that the page times out toward the end of a survey, causing me to lose my fee because I can’t return to finish it. Of all the frustrating aspects, the survey timeouts are the worst, and the service needs to address how participants can resume where they left off. Yesterday, I wasted 40 minutes with no reward.
