I enjoy the surveys and overall have had a positive experience. However, after replacing my laptop's hard drive, I forgot my username/password. Despite multiple attempts to reset my password via email, I haven't received any response, yet I still get emails about new survey opportunities! I have reached out through the advertised email but have not received a reply. It’s a strange and frustrating situation that makes password resetting difficult. EDIT: I have emailed using the provided address, but still have not received a response.
