What is it with Yodel, are they deliberately trying to be the worst courier service in the UK, Yodel lies to customers, lets customers down, wastes customers time, yet again, Yodel lies and lets me down, Yodel told me I would receive my parcel between 16:11 hours and 18:11 hours, I don't need to let you guess what happened, NO PARCEL, I for one will be so happy when the name Yodel disappears, but we have to hope that 'Inpost' can improve on the, I was going to say service, but that's something Yodel know nothing about, the tragedy is, I've received an email saying Yodel are supposed to deliver another parcel to me this coming Saturday 11th April, chances are, I'll get my parcel sometime about May time, I said I would never buy from a company that uses Yodel, well from today, I stick to my word, if Yodel are involved, then whoever that company is, they've lost a sale, I really am wondering if there is even one courier company that can be trusted, and relied upon, ah well, I think Amazon will get most of my business, at least Amazon has their own reliable drivers, and you get whatever you buy, on the day you are told, but Yodel going out of business is music to my ears
