I received a delivery today at 12:50 pm, which was a pack off six new pillows. They were left outside the front door no door knock or bell rang. I discovered them when I went to check for post, otherwise they could have ended up in a field somewhere as it was very windy.
I can only assume the reason they were dumped at the door was that the packaging was ripped open and the pillows was dirty, bearing in mind I purchased these as new and not second's or even shop soiled, nor we're they cheap. I think the driver knew they would have been refused and returned. I would say if you order any sort of bedding make sure yodel are not the courier.

Such a terrible company who lie about where parcels are. I sent a return and the tracking shows that they have the parcel and it hasn't moved for 2 weeks. They are claiming that the parcel has been delivered to the company involved but will not give me a POD and the tracking says it's still with Yodel. I can't get in touch with a person to find out what's happening - the web chat "people" are absolutely useless and keep ending the chat telling me the parcel has been delivered despite the tracking saying it's with them and is "being returned". Useless company who I would never use if I had a choice (obviously as this was a return I didn't have a choice!!).

If I could give minus 5 I would!! I have 3 ring camera security system including ring doorbell. They insist parcel was delivered! But my ring portal states different. Firstly I work from home all day, no one on given date time from yodel attempted delivery, ring cameras pick absolutely every movement up! I have two working cocker spaniels who hear a pin drop on my gravel driveway, yodel state they left parcel in my safe place ( doorstep) a) if I had a safe place it would be log store like all other couriers have
B) I don’t have a safe place with yodel
I asked them for photo evidence of delivery which they can’t provide, so all they have is a data input to say it’s been delivered which everyone who knows about I.T knows it can be manipulated. Ring camera systems don’t lie! They haven’t even stated they tried doorbell?? Because they didn’t attempt to deliver it. Shocking service that’s why I make a rule of not using them. Camera never lies boys . I’ve given them 48 hours to sort this issue and lying! If. It I’m going media with “rip off Britain tv show “

This company sucks they said they tried to delivery my parcel yesterday to Argos on Edgware Road they truly lied the driver never did they have done this before lied I hate this company now when I buy something again I will ask the seller if they use yodel to send if they do I will be honest and tell them I will not buy from you as yodel lie about saying they tried to deliver to a huge Argos store at 5.30pm when the store was open to 8pm yodel love to lie and are truly the worst Delivery company I’ve ever known if I could give them zero stars I would I’m trying to get through to yodel is a pain in the arse. It’s a stupid machine that never listens to where your postcode never listens to your numbers properly it’s pathetic. They are the worst company for Delivery ever. Let’s hope they go bankrupt and close for good because

Extremely disappointing experience.

My parcel was sent to a Tesco locker that isn’t working. I updated delivery to my home address via Yodel, and customer service repeatedly assured me they would update the address internally.

This never happened. Delivery continued to fail, and I was repeatedly told to contact the sender, who confirmed this is a logistics issue for Yodel to resolve.

I have followed up several times by email and have received no response.

Four failed delivery attempts, repeated promises, and now complete silence. Very poor service

Was waiting for a package from Temu to be delivered by Yodel. Instead of ringing on my doorbell or knocking on my door l received an email saying that the package had been left on my porch so when l checked the package was nowhere to be seen!? I contacted Yodel regarding the issue and they were of no help whatsoever! They did not want to know. l found the agent's attitude to be extremely unhelpful! It is any wonder that Yodel is considered one of the worst delivery companies out there when they have staff like this!

Yodel are the worst delivery service I've ever had the misfortune to use. Tracking systems fail, no communication, delivery dates ignored. In fact all of their systems seem to be geared to avoiding any assistance to the customer. I've never yet managed to speak to anyone at Yodel - their systems don't allow it. It's so bad I'm going to check with companies first and if they use Yodel they won't be getting my business anymore

Twice given delivery slot and twice in village and then ‘said not sufficient delivery info’ inspite of ‘what three words’ and full post code- given on app which we downloaded - no way of contacting directly - will never knowingly use Yodel again. Would have given 0 if it were an option.
