My parcel from SHEIN was out for delivery yesterday. Courier knocked handed me 2 parcels both for other household members. Then a notification on tracking that my parcel was delivered when it wasn’t. Contacted yodel who sent ‘proof of delivery’ a photo of the two parcels he handed me neither label clear and poor photo. Contacted SHEIN who sent me the same photo ! Late last night another notification my parcel was at the depot. Not delivered again today and back and forth on emails eg what dimension was the parcel! How would I know that I never set eyes on it. Next what does it contain ! Well excuse me but it should be intact still and I appreciate expedited delivery. Tracking not changed spoke to numerous individuals on webchat email etc no movement and SHEIN consider it delivered because tracking says it was (twice) followed by arrival at the depot. Obviously driver error and they are damn near useless. Just send me my parcel so I’m not £50 out of pocket!
