WARNING – avoid this delivery company.
My parcel was effectively stolen and they refused to return it or issue a refund. They used a fake delivery photo as “proof”, but luckily for me the courier did not notice there were cameras on my property, so I have my own evidence showing what really happened.
The photo they uploaded is absurd. It shows a parcel supposedly being pushed through a letter box, but my parcel was around 20 cm by 40–50 cm(1-2kg weight). There is no way that package could fit through an opening of about 20 x 3 cm unless the driver was some kind of magician.
Be very careful with this company. If something goes wrong, do not assume the photo proof is real.
