I was expecting my order today after waiting for almost a week. The driver did not deliver, he sent a message on the tracking that he cannot locate my address. I had my phone number added on the order details but he did not bother to ring either.
This is bad customer care and any company that uses Yodel to deliver customers orders are just as bad.
I tried ringing, their answer bot was just as stupid.
What a waste of my precious time. I have sat home all day believing that they will deliver.
I will be careful not to order from companies that use Yodel.
