I received someones medical pills instead of a new modem from Virgin Media. The postcode address was four miles away. Yodel didn't look at my delivery preferences at all. Found it impossible to contact them by phone or email. In the end had to contact Virgin Media to them them what happened. Have now got to wait two days to receive the modem. Hope someone else delivers it, and the other customer gets their pills.
