Extremely disappointing experience.
My parcel was sent to a Tesco locker that isn’t working. I updated delivery to my home address via Yodel, and customer service repeatedly assured me they would update the address internally.
This never happened. Delivery continued to fail, and I was repeatedly told to contact the sender, who confirmed this is a logistics issue for Yodel to resolve.
I have followed up several times by email and have received no response.
Four failed delivery attempts, repeated promises, and now complete silence. Very poor service
