I signed up for yoga go over a year ago because they had the chair yoga. I had broken my foot and wanted something that would help me stay somewhat active while I healed. I loved it so much that I kept using it after my foot healed. I would stand and do the exercises that made sense instead of sitting once I was healed and I have also started the Tai Chi. It has a so easy to fit them in my daily life.
