I wanted a program that incorporated balance and strength along with flexibility. I just lost 37 lbs on a glp1 and want to be strong, toned, and mindful as well. I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis five years ago and have been reluctant to try anything that might hurt my back. The Tai Chi program is great: it forces you to be in the moment, concentrating on flow and balance. I am “directionally challenged”🥴 so I have a tough time mirroring the movements but I have been working and enjoying for 28 days now and I feel a difference in my balance and flow. (Still working on right and left though).
The yoga for weight loss program and the Bikini flow program , both included , along with many other choices, are wonderful assets. My flexibility and muscle tone have improved so much! I look forward each day to doing at least one or two of these programs as well. I have no residual pain in my back at all—I feel stronger every day.
Lastly, I have to mention that the customer support is FABULOUS! Chris helped me understand how each lesson progressed and made sure I was happy with the help he gave me.
