I used the live chat via the website. I'm giving the company 4 stars due to the limited hours that live chat is available. 9:00 am to 12:00 pm M-F is a bit restrictive.
However, I give Ami D, the live chat agent 5 stars. She was helpful, through and quick in her responses. My issue was taken care of in one live chat.
