I recently had a fantastic experience with Yoga Insure, and I have to give massive credit to Jack for his brilliant customer service. There was a tricky payment issue with my car insurance that needed sorting quickly, and Jack handled it superbly—polite, efficient, and clear every step of the way. He resolved the problem fast, explained everything simply, and made sure my policy was spot on without any stress. I used the live chat via the website. I'm giving the company 4 stars due to the limited hours that live chat is available. 9:00 am to 12:00 pm M-F is a bit restrictive.
However, I give Ami D, the live chat agent 5 stars. She was helpful, through and quick in her responses. My issue was taken care of in one live chat.
Dennis was really helpful. He knew exactly what was needed to resolve my issue and put my mind (and bank balance at ease) I thought I was getting a massive charge to change my policy from 1 to another but Dennis reassured me that this wasn't the case and there was no charge.

renewall quote was not competitive so did not renew. yoga auto renewed my policy after i refused to pay sent to debt collection agency. tried to contact customer service no reply. shocking will never deal with yoga again would give no stars avoid.

The representative addressed all my concerns quickly, efficiently, and demonstrated great knowledge. Overall, my worries about an online-only policy have been alleviated for now.
Satisfactory service improvement. I had some concerns with the service last year, so I believe it's fair to say that their renewal terms are quite reasonable. I recently had a positive experience on their chatline. It may take some time to connect, but once you do, the assistance is solid.
