I placed an order of 5 items on 12/16/23. I received 2 pieces right away and then a third on 1/5/24, however it was something that I did not order. I have been reaching out via phone (never reached a live person, only a VM) and emailing a detailed description of my receipt and photos of the incorrect item I received constantly (only an automated response to my email, no acknowledgement of my issue or what’s being done about it). Here it is 1/15/24 and I still have the item I didn't order and never received or heard anything further about the 2 other pieces that were not shipped. I love the unique prints but unfortunately I would NOT recommend; the customer service is a joke.
