STAY AWAY FROM THiS COMPANY!!!
On Feb 23 I ordered 2 pocket bell pants from Yoga Democracy. A few days later I checked the status of my order and it said they had shipped. When I did not receive them I contacted YD “customer service” which is actually non existent. Nobody replied to my email. YD has no phone number to speak with someone. I have sent numerous emails since but have not heard a thing. They took my money and sent nothing. I feel totally SCAMMED!!!’ Be warned.

Love YD stuff but their customer service is non-existent.I accidently ordered the wrong size and want to do an exchange.The return/exchange link is disabled (wonder why?). Emails just keep directing me in circles to go to the disabled link.So, while their stuff is super cool, there is a risk you will never see your order or your money back.I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!!
Update: Yoga Democracy contacted me after this review posted (originally 1 star) and refunded the entire purchase, even the item I kept and wore, which was very kind of them. I still believe it would be beneficial for this company to be more transparent about its location, and review it's customer service model. They say they're small; all the more reason to provide stellar customer service and reassurance to customers that you're a legit business. In a world in which there are so many scammy international clothing fast-fashion knock-off websites, I was worried I had fallen into such a trap buying from a company with no listed address, no listed US headquarters, or phone number. Even just saying, "We're a team made up of 10 employees working remotely throughout the US" would be a beneficial addition.Original: Do not order from this company! This company has no phone number and no address anywhere on its website. They do say the clothes are made in Kenya. There is an email, but it is just an AI generated response chat-bot that suggests help articles. The "Live support" appears to be a dummy as well to make it look legit. I ordered four items and paid an extra $20 for expediated shipping. I received two of my items and was sent an email saying the other two items "needed to be made". So that expedited shipping fee was basically useless. A week later I had no update on WHEN I could expect those two items. I wanted to just cancel them, which is when I realized there was NO actual human behind this company. I suspect the virtue signaling all over their website is all bull as well.
Where is the option to give zero stars? They never gave me my order, and I paid for it a month ago. This is a fraudulent company DO NOT give them your money unless u want an automated response and frustration. What a terrible way to run a business. I reached out so many times wanted to like this company, could not have been more disappointed.
I ordered an item over a month ago and have not received it. I sent customer service a request for a refund and have not heard back other than an automated response several days ago. How can I forward an email to a specific person if they don't provide their email??
Yoga democracy is an amazing Experience all around. I probably own over 20 pairs of bell bottoms. The prints are phenomenal and fun! They are so comfortable, You can even wear them to bed. I get compliments every time I wear them. The customer service is top-notch! I will forever be a loyal yoga democracy customer!!!
Defective pants made of absolutely garbage material and they are being totally shady about the return because it’s been a month since they got here and I just tried them on. And the leggings don’t have pockets?!? I was shocked. Is this 2006? Who is making pocketless leggings anymore.
