Do not buy from them unless you are ok with a company that in effect gives no refunds and treats customer service like something they don’t have to do. I’ve been trying to get a refund since JULY and it is NOVEMBER. Every you email (which is all you can do) their CS system starts a new thread, even if you replied to the previous one, and deletes the body of your email. So each time it’s a new customer request number. You’re expected to explain the whole thing again after which… no response and the process starts over. I’ve never bothered to leave a trust pilot review before but this truly sucks.
