Products returned and confirmed as such but still no refund after 2.5 weeks - can you scam? theft? They have their product AND my money now and, of course, there is no customer service phone number. Only an email address to submit a ticket. Did that - no response after 5 days. At this point, it doesn't matter that they actually sent me product in a timely fashion; what matters is that they are clearly not customer friendly and are only in it for the money no matter how they get it!
