Joining CBH was a well thought out decision and it ended to be a great experience. Step by step guidance to breathing helped not only in conscious breathing, but also subtle breathing. The course is made interesting, for example, once we start a 30 day challenge, we don't feel like taking a break until we complete and once we complete, the change is remarkable that we wish to get more into breathing. The benefits of pranayama before sleep can be beautifully experienced. The various guidance sessions have been truly helpful and extremely thankful to Badri sir and team for this wonderful effort which is the need of the hour.
