Misleading 'Unlimited Plan'

The so-called 'Unlimited Plan' in this region is actually a 50GB plan for 30 days, after which speeds are throttled to 128kbps. Completely unhelpful.

Poor Customer Support Experience

The customer support is inadequate and unhelpful. I had a good experience in the past, so I wanted to refer a friend, but the referral link was broken. None of my friends received the promised discount. When I reached out for help, their responses were generic and unprofessional. Frustrated with Activation Process

I was disappointed with the eSIM I booked. They claimed it would activate at a specific time, which is unusual compared to other providers that activate online. I wanted it active upon arrival, but instead, I had to find Wi-Fi to set it up, which was inconvenient. I also received constant promotional messages.

False Advertising on Unlimited Plans

I have tried eSIMs from other providers, but this was the worst experience. I purchased a one-week unlimited plan, but it was not instant. I encountered numerous issues, including slow speeds and an unexpected data cap. What I received was essentially a limited data plan. If I had known, I would have chosen a different provider.
