I had ordered four pillows and am not all satisfied with the product (a case with plastic filling). I have emailed them several times for a return address as they say that you can return any item within 30 days if you are not happy with the product. They have replied yesterday to give me a £20 refund. I had paid £111 for the four pillows. I definitely do not recommend ordering anything from this company.
