Extremely Disappointing Experience

I ordered two pillows to alleviate my sleepless nights caused by sinus problems, but my experience has been terrible. I didn't receive any communication about my order, and after about a month, the items arrived with no return label or information. Upon opening the package, I was completely let down by the poor quality; they feel cheaply made and are absolutely disappointing.

Disappointing anti-snoring pillows

The anti-snoring pillows I received were just filler in a pillowcase. They promised free returns if they didn't work, but my emails for a return label have gone unanswered. I bought them directly from the website, thinking I was avoiding counterfeits. It took three weeks to arrive, and I was unaware they were shipped from overseas. I feel deceived after paying over £37 for something worth far less.

No confirmation for my robotic dog order

Mouth guard cleaner malfunction
