UPDATE: I scheduled a handyman 4 days ahead. Just 1 hour before the appointment, they canceled without explanation. I immediately contacted the support team for a refund (53 euros for a 2-hour service), but 4 days later, I still have not received it. I got a message directing me to my profile page to request a refund, but no amount was shown. I sent two more messages but received no response. -------- After my review on a public platform, a representative contacted me stating 44 euros was available for refund, despite my payment of 53 euros. Since I didn’t cancel, why should I lose 8 euros? They then said they would exceptionally refund the full amount of 53 euros, but this was 2 days ago, and despite providing my banking details, nothing has been processed.
