I was a long-time user of the service with nearly 500 positive reviews. After what I believe was an unjustified report, my account was blocked. For over two years, I contacted the support team multiple times for clarification and to request the deletion of all my personal data (including ID and social security number) in accordance with GDPR. I received a message stating that my account and data had been deleted, but when trying to create a new account, the system still shows my previous account as blocked. This suggests some of my personal information may still be retained, raising concerns about the execution of my data deletion request. I sought confirmation of the deletion process but did not receive the transparency required by GDPR. This situation undermines my trust in data management. If I do not receive clear evidence of complete data removal and resolution of the blocking issue, I will consider filing a formal complaint with the relevant authorities and exploring legal options. I share my experience to alert other users about potential issues with account management and data processing.
