I requested moneyoox transfer two weeks ago. Their terms and conditions state that requests are processed within 48 hours. Two weeks have passed and my request still not processed. Their customer service reply with template messages that my request is within the relevant team, but nothing is done! They keep my money! When will you return my money to me?? You have no right! Awful experience. That is how you treat your customers
