I have been shopping with Yoox for many years and have never experienced anything like this before.
With my most recent order, an extra charge of 44.05 AED was deducted from my bank account. I contacted customer service, and I was told that such a charge was not possible. However, my bank has confirmed that the additional amount was indeed taken.
I was also promised an email with an explanation within 24 hours, but I have not received any follow-up communication.
Furthermore, my shopping bag clearly stated that all taxes were included, which makes this extra charge even more confusing.
I would appreciate a clear explanation and resolution of this matter.

I have been a frequent buyer from this company for many years, but recently had a very poorly handled situation involving returning items. Their prices are very competitive and products are genuine brands. Unfortunately item listings are marked with Easy returns within 60 days, but this is False!!
I have been trying to make returns that were NOT marked final sale, but company is repeatedly stating that they were marked as final sale. I even sent photos of their listings and purchase receipt which do not state final sales.
I don't know what has happened to this company's business practices, but they are not consumer friendly.
I strongly advocate for consumer protection. This company is obviously not interested in satisfied customers.

Terrible customer service from YOOX. I used a birthday discount code to order shoes, returned them because they didn’t fit, and then requested a replacement code. After waiting around 40 minutes on the phone, I was told I wouldn’t receive a new code simply because it had been “used,” despite the item being returned.

No logic, no accountability, and no real support. Extremely frustrating experience. I do not recommend this company at all.

Disrespectful and unprofessional. It has been over two weeks since I reported a defective order, and YOOX has completely stopped responding.

I did my part by providing all requested evidence, but they have failed to do theirs. They are happy to take your money, but they vanish when it's time to fix their own mistakes. A total lack of accountability.

I attempted multiple times to contact customer support regarding a serious issue, but it was practically impossible. Emails are not accepted “due to high volume,” and the contact form is extremely restrictive, allowing only one photo, which makes it impossible to properly explain or document the problem.
What makes this situation even more frustrating is that the product was defective from the very beginning. I have clear evidence to support this, which I am trying to share, yet there is no adequate way to do so.
When a company expects customers to follow procedures, it should also provide basic and functional communication channels. It is unacceptable to have a defective product, supporting evidence, and no realistic way to submit everything properly.
Overall, this experience has been deeply disappointing and has caused nothing but frustration.
If you are unable to handle customer communication, this should be stated clearly.

I contacted them multiple times to get help or even basic guidance on how to fix the issue, but no one responded or took responsibility. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. I do not recommend this brand at all.

I made an order a couple of weeks ago, and I emailed customer support to get the price adjusted because the price had dropped significantly. They responded, asking me for a bunch of personal information (which they never used to do, I did not give them any banking information), claiming its apart of some new policy. Then, after the information was provided, nobody answered. I followed up day after day after day to their USELESS customer support morons, and not one person could help me with the price adjustment. Now the item is sold out.

Whatever you thought it meant before, you don't know what useless means until you've interacted with Yoox customer service agents or phishing agents, I should say now. The only way this review will be altered or changed is if I'm administered a price adjustment; anything else I will ignore. This is less than unacceptable.

Ps. If you look at their other reviews, it is not a coincidence that there are a bunch of detailed 1-star reviews, followed by a bunch of AI-seeming 5-stars with misspellings that don't make sense. Always be observant before buying.
