Very disappointing experience. I bought a ring from this company, and after only two months the logo fell off, which clearly reflects poor quality. I contacted them multiple times to get help or even basic guidance on how to fix the issue, but no one responded or took responsibility. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. I do not recommend this brand at all.
