Disrespectful and unprofessional. It has been over two weeks since I reported a defective order, and YOOX has completely stopped responding.
I did my part by providing all requested evidence, but they have failed to do theirs. They are happy to take your money, but they vanish when it's time to fix their own mistakes. A total lack of accountability.
