Terrible customer service from YOOX. I used a birthday discount code to order shoes, returned them because they didn’t fit, and then requested a replacement code. After waiting around 40 minutes on the phone, I was told I wouldn’t receive a new code simply because it had been “used,” despite the item being returned.
No logic, no accountability, and no real support. Extremely frustrating experience. I do not recommend this company at all.
