I have been shopping with Yoox for many years and have never experienced anything like this before.
With my most recent order, an extra charge of 44.05 AED was deducted from my bank account. I contacted customer service, and I was told that such a charge was not possible. However, my bank has confirmed that the additional amount was indeed taken.
I was also promised an email with an explanation within 24 hours, but I have not received any follow-up communication.
Furthermore, my shopping bag clearly stated that all taxes were included, which makes this extra charge even more confusing.
I would appreciate a clear explanation and resolution of this matter.
