Heading: Package lost, support is completely ignoring me!
Review: Order 1902YFE7D26206. My package (tracking EE466377408IT) was shipped on Feb 23 and has been stuck in Milan without any updates since Feb 26. It has been almost a month! The estimated delivery time (March 16) is gone. Support answers rarely and only with useless templates. No one is starting a postal investigation. I paid for the item and the delivery, but I have neither the item nor my money back. Terrible service! I demand an immediate refund!
