I stupidly instructed this yopa nightmare company to sell my flat 3/9/25 it was a shambolic nightmare right from the start undervalued ,survey was a nightmare no serious cat 3's but honestly pulled out in March 26 due to very bad representation and failed viewings listed wrong no advice nothing just agree to our terms of gystapo business and after 3 months we wont bother and you will be owe us £2600 ,they even had the nerve after i complained to say that i was maybe supposed to conduct viewings myself even after i took the full deal of agent doing my viewings ridiculous gystapo company they would not have a chance of doing business here in edinburgh scotland they should be thoroughly investigated by the f.c.a and trading governing body ,the property ombudsman are a disgrace ,look at the reviews anyone thinking of using yopa steer well clear use local high st estate agent ,never in my life have i been so let down ,now they have not upheld my complaint and rejected my serious complaint and offered me £50 off and threatened me to pay up within 7 days ,what an insult ,disgrace should not be estate agents they are crooks and i say this with the upmost respect .....avoid avoid avoid
