Staff friendly and helpful. The airport shuttles you to rental car place then you call them to come get you and pick up your car from their lot. Problem was with the credit card hold! 7-10 business days I was quoted and 20 days later they refunded my $250! Needless to say finance charges happened due to this! Not cool there is no reason for that long of a hold on a deposit.
