Unlike many other negative reviewers, I have had a great experience so far with York car rental.This is mostly due to Ingrid's prompt response to my phone call and very helpful replies to my questions. She was cheerful, postive and quickly found answers and suggestions.I booked the vehicle through Priceline, so hopefully this positive experience will continue when I pick up the car.
