I should've known it was going to be a disaster when I had to wait over an hour just to get some assistance because there was only one employee at the counter, and he was completely unhelpful. He couldn’t explain their own policies and seemed clueless about basic questions. I ended up cancelling my reservation and losing my money because it was so unreal. On top of that, they required a $1,000 deposit whether or not you purchased their insurance, which makes no sense. This was never communicated upfront, and when I asked for clarification, I got vague, unhelpful answers. The entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and rent from a company that actually values its customers and is transparent with their policies. Would never use them again!
