From the minute we arrived at Yorkshire caravans to look for our forever caravan we were happy with the service we received. We were never pestered when we arrived and were left to look at the caravans at our own leisure. When we’d made our decision our salesman Paul was brilliant, very informative and never at any stage pressured us into doing anything. From the day of purchase to the day of handover the communication was brilliant and on handover day Dave again was brilliant. He explained everything fully and we left feeling confident walking away with our new van.
James in the awning shop was also fantastic in his help when we went to purchase a new awning too.
