The caravan was exactly as described. Clean, well presented and great value. Slight mistake with the original handover due to admin crossover but Andy dealt with it “swiftly” and kept the “charisma” alive.

What can I say, it was a fantastic experience; our sales representative made us feel at home and guided us throughout the entire process of trading in our old caravan and selecting our new one. They informed us about the extended warranty, which we decided to take, and we chose a Coachman VIP 575—it's truly a stunning model.
I recommend anyone thinking of buying from here to conduct their own independent inspections beforehand. Although the service claims to perform a hab check during handover, this was not done for me. After weeks of following up for the paperwork, I was told it had been misplaced. I then arranged my own inspection, which revealed issues, but by that time, it was too late to reject the vehicle, missing the deadline by just 7 days! Eventually, we agreed on repairs, but only after I returned the vehicle to their lot for a month and requested a court report inspection. The problems persisted, and after owning it for only 4 months and using it twice, I inquired about selling it back, which they agreed to, but at a significant loss of £7.5k! I urge others to proceed with caution and do thorough research to avoid my experience. On a positive note, I want to acknowledge the support from a representative who was empathetic and responsive.
