My experience with the dental clinic has been profoundly disappointing and feels misleading at best. Before accepting my payment, they made grand promises. I fully paid for two hygiene appointments, a whitening service, and composite bonding. Once the payment was processed, those commitments were not fulfilled. The hygiene treatment was only performed on half of my mouth due to “not enough time.” I was informed it would be completed at the next appointment. At that visit, the same excuse was provided. I was then told the remaining hygiene would be addressed during my composite bonding appointment — yet again, it wasn’t. Despite this, when I later inquired with the clinic, I was told over the phone that my treatment was “fully complete.” This is entirely untrue. Only half of my mouth received treatment. What is even more unacceptable is that after claiming my treatment was complete, they then requested I return to finish it and demanded additional payment. If the treatment was complete, why was I being asked to pay more to finalize it? Promises regarding the whitening service were also broken. I was explicitly told I would receive new whitening trays after the composite bonding, as the shape of the tooth changes. This never occurred, resulting in another £399 wasted. This clinic heavily relies on sales tactics and advertising, but the reality does not align with what is promised. I feel I have spent a considerable amount of money for incomplete treatment and excuses. Exercise extreme caution. Request everything in writing, question timelines, and don’t assume that what you’re promised will be delivered once payment is made. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic.
