My encounter with Yorkshire Dental Suite has been rather frustrating and seems deceptive at best.Initially, they made grand assurances before securing my payment. I paid upfront for two hygiene sessions, Smile White, and composite bonding. Once they had my money, none of these promises were fulfilled.The hygiene procedure was only half-done with the excuse of running out of time. They assured me it would be completed in the next session, but the same excuse was repeated at the follow-up. They later said it would be finalized during my composite bonding session, which it wasn't.Nevertheless, when I later contacted the clinic, they claimed over the phone that my treatment was fully complete. This is patently untrue, as only half of my treatment was carried out. It became even more ludicrous when, after asserting my treatment was complete, they asked me to return for its completion and requested additional payment. If it was supposedly complete, why was there an additional charge?Promises regarding Smile White were also not upheld. They initially assured me that I would receive new whitening trays after the composite bonding, due to changes in tooth shape. This never materialized, resulting in an additional £399 squandered.The clinic seems to focus heavily on sales strategies and marketing, but reality falls short of these promises. I feel like I've spent a considerable sum for partial treatment and justification after justification.Exercise extreme caution. Ensure everything is documented, question the schedule, and don't presume promises will be kept after payment. From my experience, I wouldn't suggest this clinic.
